— Pricing

Pricing that scales with the operation.

The subscription is priced by monitored area. You draw the area on the platform, the system computes the hectares, and the price follows the exact size of the operation. Nexa Vision, Nexa M1 and Niros are included.

Amounts in US dollars (USD), per subscription. Browser and mobile app access included. Brazilian customers are billed in BRL.

— How area affects the price

One simple formula: base + additional hectare.

The base price covers the first 20 hectares. From 21 to 100 hectares, each additional hectare has a flat rate. Above 100 hectares, pricing is on request. The table below shows the structure and pre-calculated examples.

— Report frequency

Report frequency

By default, a report is generated on each new eligible Sentinel-2 pass, with a nominal frequency of up to 5 days. The interval can be changed per area to 10, 15 or 30 days inside the client area.

Every 5 days
Default: report on each eligible Sentinel-2 pass.
Every 10 days
Closer tracking of the cycle, for crops in a critical stage.
Every 15 days
Intermediate monitoring cadence for the contracted area.
Every 30 days
Monthly tracking, for areas that evolve more slowly.
Higher-frequency option
On each eligible Sentinel-2 pass

Nominal frequency of up to 5 days, subject to the availability of a new valid optical observation. When no usable scene is available in the window — due to clouds or no valid pass — monitoring continues automatically and the report is generated on the next valid observation.

Nexa M1 included

AI interpretation included with each completed analysis, subject to a fair-use policy.

PDF report language

Brazilian accounts receive the report in Portuguese by default and international accounts in English. A manual language preference can override that default.

— Payment methods

— Frequently asked questions

Questions about subscribing.

How is the area calculated?
You draw the area polygon on the platform and the hectares are computed server-side from the submitted geometry. The subscription price uses that measurement.
Can I increase the area later?
Yes. The contracted area can be adjusted, and the price is recalculated with the same rule: base price up to 20 ha plus the flat rate per additional hectare.
Is the plan monthly?
Yes, there is a recurring monthly plan. There is also an annual plan, charging 10 monthly payments for 12 months of access.
What's included?
Monitored area analysis, maps and spectral indices, time series when more than one pass is available, one 12-month history query per monthly cycle, PDF reports with automatic email delivery, area weather and Nexa M1 interpretation.
How do large areas work?
Self-service subscriptions cover up to 100 hectares. Above that, pricing is on request and the commercial configuration is defined together with Convex.
How often do I receive reports?
By default, you receive a report on each new eligible Sentinel-2 pass, with a nominal frequency of up to 5 days. If preferred, you can change the interval to 10, 15 or 30 days. Delivery depends on the availability of a new valid optical observation.
What happens when no usable image is available in the cycle?
No report is generated without a suitable new optical observation. The platform states that no suitable new optical observation was available for this cycle, and monitoring continues automatically until the next valid scene.
How does Nexa M1 fair use work?
Each completed analysis includes an allowance of up to 1,000 Nexa M1 output tokens for interpreting that analysis. The interpretation is included in the subscription; it is not an unlimited chat.
Which language is the PDF report in?
Brazilian accounts receive the report in Portuguese by default and international accounts in English. A manual language preference can override that default.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every user gets two free analyses, subject to an area limit for trials, before subscribing.
